life is way too short.

so my bestfriend kelsi, who doesn't have a blog but still needs to get one, because it'd be hilarious, for reals- just called me and we had a very meaningful talk about life. it wasn't one of the longest... HOLD-UP also, this is my third post within an hour, i think something is wrong with me... back to the life is too short shhhhpeal (i kinda like to make up random spellings of words, nbd- which is no big deal) ...she had been talking to a friend about how they are both busy and don't get to see eachother much anymore. we started talking about how you never know when life is going to take a dive. we were talking about saying i love you, and i was reminded of a time with my mom. back when i wasn't so close with her- probably around 8th or 9th grade, and whenever i got off the phone it'd just be a "bye" well now, it's ALWAYS an "i love you, bye" usually followed with a "...most no battle!" (which i hate teaching her because now, she beats me at my own game sometimes!) one time i was getting off the phone with my mom and i said "i love you, bye" and she said "bye" and immediately hung up. as soon as i heard the click, i just felt a sudden "what in the world just happened" moment. as i was thinking about what had happened, she called me back and said "i love you" it's simple things like that that mean so much.
