crunchhhh. :(

so i haven't really had any ideas what to blog about lately, it's been pretty boring. so this past weekend, i went up north. on friday, we all went to the black pumpkin affair up at the U. it was so much fun, and i love my friends. :)

so i didn't get home until three in the morning friday night, and i had to be up at seven on saturday for a nail appointment. go me!

so running on four hours of sleep, i headed to mall to buy these suckers-

i love them. :) they make me so so so happy!!

so saturday night i went to a bachelorette party for courtney. we had so much fun!! it was fun to just have a girls night and hangout. :)

sooooo sunday i decided that i didn't really want to go back down to st george yet, so i stayed until monday. when i was driving back, i ran into a few problems which completely terrified me.

i HATE construction cones and semi trucks!! :( i seriously think i almost died.

so i was driving, obviously, and i was about to go through spanish fork. i was in the left lane and there was a semi in front of me, and one directly to the right of me. there were plenty of other cars around as well so there wasn't much room to move. there weren't any signs that said the lanes were merging so i'm really confused as to what happened. i was just driving in my lane and all of a sudden, the painting on the road disappears! SO I ALMOST GOT SQUISHED BETWEEN TWO SEMIS!! i was completely terrified. so i slammed on my brakes to avoid being turned into a pancake. so while my heart is already beating super fast, i tried to calm myself down. THEN there were the big huge circle traffic cones...

 like those!

so one of the cones had been flipped on its side, and the wind was blowing. the cone rolled into the semi truck's wheel which made the cone fly back and hit my car! it happened so fast, but it's like one of those things where something is happening in slow motion and there isn't nothing you can do about it, yeah that's what happened. there was nothing i could do about it, i didn't even have time to swerve because i was already super close to the semi since i had just slammed on my brakes. when it hit me, i think i just closed my eyes and screamed because it scared me way bad. after i heard the huge THUD i looked in my rearview mirror and saw the cone bouncing off to the side by the median. so after the shock, i called my mom, in tears, and told her what happened. i was shaking and my heart would not stop pounding. i told her that i didn't even want to look at my car in fear of there being a huge dent in the front of my car. soooo i get back down to st george and go to look at the front of my car and...

SURPRISE!

ughhhhh! i'm so frustrated. i just recently got the front of my car fixed because someone backed into me a few months ago. and now, here we go again!

so a very bad end to an excellent weekend.

on a good note, this weekend is halloween, I'M SO EXCITED!! :)
